Auto or Manual Trailing Stop??

Hey everyone! I just wanted to say that I love this site, and even though it isn't huge yet, there are already members with an amazing amount of knowledge!!

Anyways my question is this: Should I use an automated trailing stop, or a manual trailing stop?
